At the moment I work as a project manager in Creative Well-Being in Mikkeli -project. My latest work as an artist included acoustic interior design as well as the research, design and making of acoustic artworks for the Mikkeli University Consortium.

My research interests include visual arts and design, visual communication, service design, psychological well-being, psychology of aesthetics and research methodology. I write in Finnish and English.

I value sustainable living with a connection to nature. My headquarters are in Mikkeli, a town in Southeastern Finland, where I was born and still live. I appreciate the country life and run an organic smallholding and garden in my leisure time. Caring for the environment as well as cultural heritage is a natural part of my life. I live in a protected heritage building and take care also of an old, restored granary. I am a mother of two teenage children with whom I share several water sports hobbies.
